ABOUT TONI MORRELL - BIO

Toni Morrell first stepped onto a stage singing Tammy at the age of 9. She has been delighting audiences professionally since the age of 17, performing throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Spain, France and Tenerife in the Canary Islands. By the age of 19 she had won 3 professional talent searches throughout Great Britain, and had been producing shows from the age of 12.
Prior to her arrival in The States, Toni was based in London, performing in venues throughout the West End. Toni initially gained recognition in America with her appearance at the Trump Castle, Atlantic City and in such prominent Manhattan supper clubs as The Algonquin on 47th & Broadway. An invitation to Las Vegas resulted in her topping the bill at The Plaza.
Soon after her arrival in Los Angeles, Toni played the role of Queen Marie in Sisterella at the Pasadena Playhouse. She co-starred in the children’s production of Figaro Pigaro at Garry Marshall’s Falcon Theatre Toluca Lake, Burbank. She also performed the role of Jacqueline in the Santa Barbara Civic Light Opera production of La Cage Aux Folles, in addition to starring in her one-woman show at The Cinegrill in the legendary Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
As a voiceover actor, Toni was chosen to be the voice of the brand worldwide for Walt Disney’s Tinker Bell / Disney Fairies’ motion picture franchise. Over several years Toni was heard on numerous commercials, trailers, video sneak peeks, television and radio spots for Tinker Bell – The Legendary Fairy - garnering a reputation as one of the leading women voice artists to perform on motion picture trailers.
Toni co-starred with Carol Channing at the Renberg Theatre in Hollywood, going on to co-star and co-produce a series of concerts with Miss Channing at the James Armstrong Performing Arts Theatre. She also appeared alongside Rich Little, Richard Chamberlain and Jon Voight to honor screen legend, Tony Curtis at The Magic Castle, Hollywood.
Toni was invited to Rome where she performed on the popular Italian television show, Domenica In airing live to millions of Italians on the Rai Uno television network.
Broadening her experience in show business, Toni co-founded Celebrity Associates International with husband, David Dial and celebrity television producer, Karen G. Cadle. Their company booked superstars such as Burt Reynolds, Larry Hagman, Jon Voight, Ernest Borgnine, Angie Dickinson, Whoopi Goldberg, Shirley Temple Black, Dennis Hopper, Daryl Hannah, Paul Anka, Tony Curtis, Esther Williams, Jane Russell and Jane Seymour for British television, as well as on-camera and print interviews for such international celebrity publications as Hello! Magazine. Toni was also instrumental in securing Carol Channing’s appearance at The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.
Toni and husband/MusicalDirector, David Dial (“The Maestro”) collaborated in the production of their critically acclaimed shows, My British-American Dream aka What The Hell Was I Thinking? / The Judy Garland Songbook – Her Life, Her Music, Her Legacy and, most recently The Legendary Ladies of Hollywood (also branded under the titles: Remembering The Ladies & STARSTRUCK! A Tribute to The Legendary Ladies). Their shows have been featured in Performing Arts venues and premier theaters across America.
Toni, David and the real star of the family, their little dog, Jax (“The Singing Dog”) recently relocated from their home base in California to a scenic village in the heart of the beautiful Ohio countryside. Travelling from from their new location, they headlined on the world’s most luxurious cruise, as well as making their first appearance in the great state of Texas.
